From Vigo or Santiago de Compostela
Leave the AP-9 motorway by taking the exit ‘Pontevedra Sur-Marín;’ at the first bifurcation, go to ‘Marín’ and you will arrive at PO-11 dual carriageway that runs alongside the estuary. Leave this road and go to ‘Placeres-Porto.’ At the first roundabout you find, you must continue to ‘Placeres’ and, after a few meters, in the second roundabout, go to ‘Mollabao’. Continue approximately 1 km until you find the estate entrance on the right side, where a long green iron fence closes the Lourizán estate.
From Pontevedra
There are two options: Take the PO-11 dual carriageway linking Pontevedra and Marín and follow the same instructions in the previous case. The second option is taking the old road from Pontevedra to Marín, PO-546, about 4 km away from Pontevedra. After passing the pulp mill manufacture, the long green iron fence that closes the Lourizán estate will be visualised. In the case you come from Pontevedra, you have to enter through the door at the end of the fence, since the first entrance corresponds to the “C.F.E.A. Lourizán” (School of Forepersons).
